For all I knew, I did belong to Nightmares,
And steps of past still echo into me:
How I became a warrior in darkness
Against two Courts' ambition, plans and will.

New family had found, saved my heart
By love and friendship most genuine,
And when the world in its' time was torn apart,
I raised my weapon and did give my everything...

The years passed, and starlight of my soul -
Velaris - won the battle over me,
Returning inner tenderness and glow,
Though secrets still remained inside unseen.

My dear friend... I wish I could just tell you...
It's not your fault, it always has been me.
Believe, that I am doing you a favour,
I'm saving you from blow you could feel

For all those centuries beside me.
It's only wise for us to be apart.
I keep my truth. I dare to deny you.
I tried to tell you from the start...

But here we are. So old and unresolved.
For loyalty alone, I owe you and admire,
But nature has a path for me to go -
The one that makes me act as liar.

And may, one day, you find what you look for, -
